This fall, starting September 2, SVA Galleries will open its 2025–26 exhibition season with “Wavelengths,” a juried present of labor by 15 alumni artists from seven of the College’s undergraduate and graduate packages. Jointly offered by SVA Alumni Affairs and Development and SVA Galleries, the exhibition highlights the breadth of inventive inquiry and achievement amongst current graduates whereas reaffirming the College’s dedication to showcasing alumni voices inside its neighborhood.
A panel of alumni jurors chosen the 15 collaborating artists from submissions by New York City–primarily based graduates from the lessons of 2010 by means of 2020. Their work spans drawing, portray, sculpture, images, and combined media, with a shared emphasis on course of and the pursuit of pleasure amid adversity.
