Graduate Research Office – Graduate Student Travel Award

The College of Medicine – Phoenix Graduate Student Travel Award is designed to help graduate college students attending and presenting their analysis at scientific conferences (with desire given to these attending nationwide/worldwide conferences). Applications for funding are accepted twice a 12 months in October and April; deadlines will likely be introduced by the Graduate Training Office. Awardees are chosen primarily based upon the scientific benefit of their summary, a letter of advice from their Principal Investigator or advisor, explaining the advantage of attending this convention, and the applicant’s assertion of analysis and profession targets.

Eligibility:

• The applicant have to be enrolled as a graduate pupil at a public University in Arizona and be working with a Principal Investigator on the College of Medicine – Phoenix.
• The applicant have to be the primary writer of an summary to be introduced, and the summary have to be of the best scientific benefit as evaluated by the Travel Award Committee.
• The convention to be attended should happen January 1-June 15 for October submission and June 1-December 31 for April submissions.
• Students will likely be reimbursed as much as the entire quantity of the award upon submission of itemized receipts for assembly registration, journey, housing and/or per diem bills.

Applications will likely be submitted through electronic mail to Katharine Gonzales and can embody:
