Wildlife photographer captures photos of glad elephant household in Kenyan safari

A wildlife photographer has captured photos of the world’s happiest elephant household.

Andy Rouse documented a Kenyan herd with extremely playful younger calves.

The award-winning British snapper shot the small elephants enjoying round with branches, and showing fascinated by the adults pooping.

Andy says, “I lead safari excursions a number of occasions a 12 months and love going to Samburu in Kenya because the elephants there are particular.

“They are very, very relaxed, and due to this, the herds will allow you to get very near them and can cross near autos with none points.

“I’m fully relaxed with the unimaginable elephants of Samburu. On this event, we discovered a big breeding herd with a number of kids, lower than 3 months outdated, who appeared very playful.

“One of the calves was fascinated by poo! Every time an grownup went for a poo, the teen would watch and attempt to sniff it! Luckily, it averted getting pooed on!

“The thirty minutes that we spent with this herd was one of the highlights of the trip, all the more special as I had my 10-year-old daughter on her first safari. To dictate to her about the wonder of elephants, the dangers saving them, and the need to conserve them was a special thing indeed.”
