DESE Recommends Eradicating 177 Baby Care Licensing Rules

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo— The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s (DESE’s) Office of Childhood accomplished its advice of modifications to the Missouri baby care licensing guidelines, as required in Executive Order 25-15.
