NMU Dead River Games held at Clark Lambros Park

MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) – NMU’s Dead River Games had been held on Sunday.

“It’s been fantastic,” Iott stated. “I think this has been the best day that I’ve had since I’ve been up here. It’s just been a lot of fun, and it’s been really, really refreshing.”

Some college students cooled off in Lake Superior.

“Awesome,” Halbach stated. “Especially after getting ice cream dropped on your face and chest, it’s good to rinse off and refresh.”

Students additionally had the possibility to lease paddleboards freed from cost. Outdoor Recreation Center facilitator Aiden Burke says the day supplied an opportunity to ensure college students knew what sources had been obtainable to them.
