Hear from Head Coach Beth Alford-Sullivan:

“We had a great showing today. Our women pulled out a great win. They followed the race plan, packing up early and getting out early. Nine of our athletes went under the 18 minute mark, which is fantastic. Shout out to our freshmen runners, Brooke Strauss, Sascha Letica, and Teanne Ewings for finishing in the top five for us. Samantha Moore also made an immediate impact despite being under the weather this week. We’ll have another two week training cycle and get ready for the Paul Short Run! That will be a big test to start the championship month of October.”
