Villanova Swimming & Diving Releases 2025-26 Schedule

VILLANOVA, Pa. – Villanova Swimming and Diving Head Coach Rick Simpson has introduced the 2025-26 schedule, which options 15 head-to-head meets, the Navy Invite, and the Collegiate 5K National Championship forward of the BIG EAST Championships in February.

The males’s crew will open the season on the highway at NJIT on Oct. 11, whereas the ladies start competitors on Oct. 17 at Seton Hall. The following day, the ladies journey to Storrs, Connecticut, to face UConn.

This season, the Wildcats will host six meets on the Villanova Swim Complex. Both the boys’s and girls’s squads will welcome La Salle, whereas Rider visits for a males’s meet and Richmond and James Madison journey to face the ladies’s crew.

Other highway contests embody matchups in opposition to Georgetown, Penn (girls), Providence (males), Pittsburgh, West Virginia, and Drexel (males). The crew may even compete within the Navy Invite, held Nov. 20-22.

Select qualifiers will compete on the Collegiate 5K National Championship on Dec. 13 in Sarasota, Florida. The Wildcats return from winter break with a journey meet Jan. 6-8 in opposition to Florida State and North Florida.

Villanova will host Sprintfest ’26 on Jan. 31, which may even function this system’s Senior Day celebration.

The 2026 BIG EAST Swimming and Diving Championships will probably be held Feb. 18-21 in Ocala, Florida. Last season, Villanova featured 23 BIG EAST performers. The girls captured their twelfth consecutive BIG EAST title and seventeenth general, whereas the boys completed fourth.
