Males’s Swim and Dive Win Opening Meet

LEBANON, Ill. – The McKendree Men’s Swim and Dive workforce beat the University of Evansville with a rating of 168.50 to 90.50 on Saturday October 4th on the McKendree Metro Rec Plex.  

Senior, Joey Ovanic began the relay sturdy for the Bearcats within the 200-yard relay (1:34.03), nonetheless, it was Caden Brooks, Nojus Bertulis,Vova Gavrysh and Tyson Upton that completed with a 1:30.30 within the occasion.  

In the 200-yard butterfly, Phin Theall, Luke Asbury, Caden Brooks, and Luis Villalobos completed with instances of 1:55.29, 1:56.15,1:56.55 and 1:57.78, respectively. Patrick Cramer completed with a time of 21.53 within the 50-yard freestyle to win the occasion for McKendree.  

To end the day the Bearcats received the 400-yard freestyle relay with Kadence Griffen, Daniel, Jakub Rynkiewicz and Upton in relay for the workforce. This effort obtained the 168.50-98.50 win over Evansville. 

Next, McKendree might be touring to Allendale, Michigan to compete within the GVSU Invite on October tenth and eleventh.
