The City of McAllen is thrilled to announce the McAllen Halloween Festival, offered by H-E-B, on Saturday, October 11, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Westside Park (1000 S. Ware Rd.). This free, family-friendly occasion guarantees a night stuffed with thrills, enjoyable, and group celebration.
