Celebrity Traitors will get rave critiques from Hampshire contestants

Previous contestants from the hit TV present The Traitors have been sharing their ideas on the brand new celeb line-up.

Joe Scott and Charlotte Berman, from Hampshire, starred on collection three of the truth competitors and have praised the brand new collection’ selection of traitors while speaking to BBC Radio Solent.

Mr Scott, a trainer from Southampton, stated he thought that Alan Carr helped present “comedy value” to the programme, whereas Ms Berman stated she liked Cat Burns taking part in the position.

Among others showing on the present are Olympic diver Tom Daley, broadcaster Clare Balding and comic Sir Stephen Fry.

The Celebrity Traitors continues on BBC One at 21:00 BST on Wednesday.

The programme fronted by a cape-wearing Claudia Winkleman sees contestants play the position of both “traitors”, who “murder” different gamers, or “faithfuls”, who attempt to determine the traitors – whereas each teams full duties and compete for a money prize.

The collection at the moment airing is the fourth and for the primary time the contestants are celebrities, all competing for prize cash for charity.

“It’s going to be completely different, but that’s what makes it more fun”, stated Mr Scott, who performed a trustworthy in collection three.

“They’re going to have to up the deceit even more because people know who they are,” he stated.

Speaking concerning the option to make Jonathan Ross and Alan Carr two of the brand new traitors, he stated: “I think the viewers like a good traitor, but they also like someone that’s a bit like ‘oh, I don’t know if I should have signed up to this job,’ that’s the comedy value.”

So far, three celeb contestants have been secretly assigned as traitors – comedians Alan Carr and Jonathan Ross, in addition to singer-songwriter Cat Burns.

Ms Berman, who lives close to Basingstoke, who was as a trustworthy in collection three till being recruited as a traitor, was recognized for faking a Welsh accent throughout her time on the programme.

“You can see why the celebrity calibre is so high, because there’s such a desire to play this game, it’s like a giant parlour game,” she stated.

“Jonathan Ross is really enjoying his role as traitor, but Cat, she’s clever, she’s got the brains.

“I do not know if Alan will make it to the top, however he is actually very entertaining.”
