Halloween skeletons poke enjoyable at UNC soccer coach Bill Belichick in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A Charlotte man had some enjoyable along with his Halloween decorations, though it got here on the expense of Super Bowl-winning and present UNC soccer head coach Bill Belichick.

Travis Dove has been placing up skeleton shows at his dwelling alongside Club Road in Charlotte’s Plaza Midwood neighborhood for just a few years now, and this 12 months, he recreated a few of Belichick’s extra “infamous” moments — all of which contain the legendary coach’s 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson.

“I think it’s hilarious,” Beard stated of the Belichick-themed skeletons. “I’ve seen some stuff online, kind of mimicking the same thing, but I just noticed it this morning when I was coming back from my run. It’s pretty funny.”

Dove stated giving his neighbors a chuckle is a part of why he continues to place up the themed decorations every year. In the previous, he has parodied the present “Tiger King,” has arrange a Panthers quarterback graveyard, and put out Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce shows.

“We do it so we can bring a little bit of joy to the neighborhood,” Dove stated. “A lot of neighbors stop by and say hello. They look out for the skeletons … not everyone is going to pick up on all the references, of course, but it’s just a great way to meet neighbors.”

As for Dove and his spouse, they’re Wake Forest and Duke followers, which suggests watching UNC battle early in Belichick’s first 12 months hasn’t been all unhealthy for him.

“It’s been very interesting to watch this unfold,” Dove stated of the drama surrounding the Tar Heels’ soccer crew. “There was a lot of buildup … and I haven’t not enjoyed watching it unfold, I’ll say that.”

Dove can also be a Panthers fan, and reminiscences of the Patriots’ Super Bowl XXXVIII victory over Carolina haven’t light. He advised that, too, was motivation in his humorous poke on the iconic coach.

As for his stance on the state of North Carolina soccer, Dove was fairly clear.

“Their relationship was obviously very unexpected, and it has brought a lot of attention,” he stated. “I think a lot of it has been maybe a distraction to the job at hand right now … We’ll just see how the rest of the season plays out, I guess.”

With UNC sitting at 2-3 on the 12 months, Belichick will look to flee the early Halloween scaries when the Tar Heels journey to face California on Friday, Oct. 17.
