Cotton and Rolfsen Earn Weekly MVC Swim/Dive Honors

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — The Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) introduced its Swimmer and Freshman of the Week winners as we speak, and two RedHawks had been honored. Allen Cotton is the MVC Men’s Siver of the Week and Elijah Rolfsen was chosen MVC Men’s Freshman of the Week.

Cotton had a robust efficiency this week, incomes two first-place finishes and a fourth place end towards the University of Cincinnati. Cotton began the week off sizzling, taking first place within the 200-yard butterfly, handing over a time of 1:49.10. After that, the Michigan native earned a first-place end within the 200 IM, posting a time of 1:51.50. Cotton wrapped his weekend up with a stable fourth place group end within the 400-yard medley relay, handing over a person time of 48.3 within the butterfly leg.
