2025 NCAA ladies’s volleyball match bracket predictions, made after the highest 16 reveal

The 2025 NCAA DI ladies’s volleyball match bracket reveal is a bit more than a month away. The 64-team bracket will probably be introduced on Sunday, Nov. 30. So much can occur earlier than then.

However, days after the choice committee revealed its in-season prime 16 groups, NCAA’s Michella Chester has made her match bracket predictions. Following the committee’s choice standards and bracketing rules, Chester’s predictions embrace the 31 automated qualifiers and at-large groups.

The Competition Oversight Committee has once more authorised a bracketing pilot for the Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship. Fifty p.c of the bracket will probably be seeded in 4 groupings of 1-8. Published seeding will probably be in 4 units of 1-8 and the pairings will honor a 1-8 task. The committee will establish the highest 32 groups. The prime 16 groups will probably be recognized in rank order and assigned a seed grouping from 1 to 4. The stability of the ranked groups, in flip, are assigned to one of many remaining seed groupings (i.e., 5 to eight). Once the seed task is finalized, it stays unchanged whereas inserting the groups into the championship bracket. First and second-round convention matchups will probably be averted.
