Honors: 2025 First Team All-Conference (200 Free Relay), 2x 2025 Second Team All-Conference (400 Free Relay, 200 Medley Relay), 2x 2025 Third Team All-Conference (50 Free, 400 Medley Relay), Conference Carolinas Swimmer of the Week

2024-2025 (Junior): Finished second on the workforce and thirty second in Conference Carolinas with 628.50 factors…Competed in seven meets for the Valkyries this season…At the Conference Carolinas Championships, was a member of the 200 free relay workforce that received the Conference Championship…Helped each the 400 free relay and the 200 medley relay groups to runner-up finishes, and helped the 400 medley relay workforce to a 3rd place end…Individually, Milczynski completed third within the 50 free occasion, fifth within the 100 fly occasion and seventh within the 200 breast occasion…At the Centre Midseason Invitational, Milczynski helped the 200 free relay workforce to a second place end, the 400 free relay to a 3rd place end, and the 800 free relay workforce to an eighth place end…Individually, Milczynski received the 100 IM occasion, completed sixth within the 100 fly occasion, and completed eighth within the 200 IM occasion.

2023-2024 (Sophomore): didn’t compete

Prior to Converse: At JUCO National, Milczynski notched “A” Finals appearances within the 50 breaststroke and the 100 IM, whereas handing over a “B” Finals efficiency within the 50 Freestyle and competing as an integral a part of Barton’s relays. He was instrumental in securing a fourth-place workforce end at JUCO Nationals for BCC.
