Cyclists – declare your free high-visibility vests, bike lights, and slap wrap arm reflectors on Thursday 27 November, 4pm to 6pm.

As the evenings attract, visibility on the roads turns into much more vital. The Highway Code requires cyclists to have a white entrance gentle and a pink rear gentle at evening; failure to conform can lead to an on-the-spot wonderful.
