On Sunday (9 November), occasions can be held throughout Sandwell to mark Remembrance Sunday.
People from all faiths, backgrounds and cultures will unite to commemorate the service and sacrifice of our fallen heroes.
Anyone wishing to observe the parades is suggested to be there from 10.30am. Parades can be adopted by companies, throughout which a two-minute silence can be noticed at conflict memorials at 11am.
This 12 months, there can be parades with companies within the following places:
- Great Barr: St Margaret’s Church
- Oldbury: Civic Square, Oldbury

- Wednesbury: Memorial Gardens
- West Bromwich: Dartmouth Park
These occasions have been organised by the Royal British Legion and local people teams, with assist from Sandwell Council.
