Women’s Swimming and Diving Hosts Davidson for Non-Conference Dual on Saturday
 
ASHEVILLE, N.C. – UNC Asheville Women’s Swimming and Diving will host Davidson for a non-conference twin on Saturday (Nov. 8). Swimming begins at 12:00 p.m. on the Justice Center Pool, whereas diving will begin at 4:00 p.m. on the Asheville Jewish Community Center.

About the Bulldogs – The Bulldogs enter the matchup at 1-1 in duals on the season. Asheville returns 16 swimmers from a season in the past whereas including three new faces to the roster.  
 The Bulldogs return two divers from a season in the past in senior Haley Fein and junior Leigha Travis. Asheville additionally welcomes freshman Eleanor Pichetto to the combo. Travis earned Atlantic Sun Conference Diver of the Week honors again on Sept. 30 after a stable efficiency at Davidson, whereas breaking the 3M college file at East Carolina again on Nov. 1.  
 
About the Wildcats – Davidson enters the weekend at 3-2 total on a three-meet profitable streak after a 203-85 win over Old Dominion again on Nov. 1.

Series History – This would be the seventh all-time matchup between Asheville and Davidson, with Davidson main the all-time sequence 5-1. Davidson received final yr’s assembly at house 175-125 on Oct. 26, 2024. This will probably be Davidson’s first-ever journey to the Justice Center for a contest.
