The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) issued the no journey advisory Tuesday night. The advisory means there must be no journey on all state or federal highways within the space. 

The advisory included Interstate 94 from Moorhead to Osakis and Highway 10 from Moorhead to Wadena, MnDOT stated. 

Drivers are suggested to not journey till climate situations enhance.
