Luther hosted the Sprint Invitational this afternoon and positioned second. There have been 4 groups within the discipline. St. Ambrose University received the crew title with (1089) factors, adopted by Luther (481), Iowa Central Community College (377) and Iowa Lakes Swimming & Diving (175).
First place finishes have been posted by Amir Womack (3-meter diving), Colin Halverson (1-meter diving), Gabe Armstrong (50 breaststroke) and Noah Cochran (100 butterfly).
Luther returns to motion Friday and Saturday, Jan. 16-17 when it can compete on the Grinnell Invitational.
