• Users with matching e-mail addresses in Slack and Payhawk will obtain sensible reminders routinely, even when they haven’t manually authenticated in Slack.

• If a consumer’s Slack e-mail differs from their Payhawk e-mail, they need to authenticate in Slack to start out speaking with the Travel AI Agent.

Connecting the AI Agent to Slack
