HICKORY, NC – The Lenoir-Rhyne swim groups had been on fireplace on Saturday, as they mixed to take down Mars Hill 335-169 on the Shuford Pool. The males gained 167-87 whereas the girl gained 168-82.

For the lads, Levi McRea, Christopher Forsey, and Wyatt Herger mixed for six first-place finishes whereas Ben Swetckie collected two second-place finishes within the Men’s 100-Yard Backstroke and Men’s 200-Yard Backstroke. 

Ella Penny led the way in which for the ladies’s workforce, producing three first-place finishes within the ladies’s 200-Yard Backstroke, 200-Yard Freestyle, and 200-Yard IM. The Women’s workforce mixed for 10 first-place finishes, seven second-place finishes, and 7 third-place finishes.

This is the third straight 12 months Lenoir-Rhyne and Wheeling have competed with the Bears swept the Cardinals in each genders in all three conferences.
