Tierney Wins 100-Breast at DU First Chance

DENVER, Colo. – Jordan Tierney stole the present for the Colorado School of Mines swimming & diving groups Friday on the First Chance Invitational as she received the 100-breast in a completely DI discipline on the University of Denver.
 
Tierney posted a time of 1:02.60 and received by almost a second within the nine-swimmer discipline that includes swimmers from DU, Air Force, and Wyoming. Earlier within the day, Samantha Crane, Eden Addison, and Aidan Bailey all raced the 200-free. Crane went 1:55.38 and Addison touched at 1:59.44 on the ladies’s aspect. Bailey stopped the clock at 1:47.92 for the boys. After Tierney, Lucas Hoke and Lucas Waasdorp churned out 200-fly paces of 1:52.30 and 1:59.96, respectively.
