Denison Males’s Swimming and Diving Sits in First After First Day of NCAC Championships

Granville, Ohio (Feb. 11): The Dension males’s swimming and diving crew kicked off the 2026 North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Championships with 4 top-three finishes, two NCAC occasion data, and one Denison pool file. After day one, the Big Red led the standings with 234 factors, adopted by convention rival Kenyon College with 183. Sitting in third place is Wabash College with 178, DePauw University collected 160 factors for fourth place, and Oberlin rounds out the highest 5 with 133.

Ben Bevill, Liam Nelson, Sam Hibbert, and Nick Hensel 200 Medley time broke final yr’s NCAC 200 Medley file (1:26.77- Bevill, Daly, Narcelles, Hensel) by 0:0.09 seconds. 

The Big Red would shut out day one with an electrical Pool and convention file end within the 800 Free Relay. This time, Jack Hill, Hensel, Luke Swiggett, and Devin Testin took first-place, after swimming the 800 Free Relay in 6:27.16 (B-cut), shattering the 2025 NCAC file of 6:31.58 (Hill, Jones, McIntire, Testin) and securing the most recent pool file.
