Swimming & Diving Heads to Navy for Patriot League Championships

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Boston University swimming & diving groups arrived at Navy on Tuesday upfront of the 2026 Patriot League Championships, which can be held on the Midshipmen’s Lejeune Hall on Feb. 18-21.

The four-day occasion begins on Wednesday with the lads’s 3-meter diving trials at midday. The swimming occasions open on Wednesday at 5 p.m. with the ladies’s 200-yard medley relay closing. Preliminaries will start at 10 a.m. with finals at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The remaining diving trials can be contested at 1 p.m. every day.

BU will look to enhance on final 12 months’s displaying as each groups positioned fifth. Senior Haley Newman, the defending 200-yard butterfly champion, will purpose for All-Patriot League honors for the fourth straight 12 months whereas junior Izzy Valantiejus (distance free) collected All-PL Second Team accolades final season.
