MIAC swimmers chosen for NCAA championships, divers set for regionals

INDIANAPOLIS – Three swimmers from the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) have been chosen to compete on the 2026 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships.

 

Saint Benedict junior Haley Zelen was chosen for nationals within the ladies’s 50 freestyle (23.07), 100 freestyle (50.79), and 100 butterfly (54.10), whereas Saint John’s senior Brayden Slavik certified within the males’s 1,650 freestyle (15:32.16), and Gustavus junior Braden Ripken made the reduce within the males’s 100 breaststroke (53.76).
