“I went to play some games and hang out with friends,” Konja stated. “I thought the event went great and I had a lot of fun. My favorite game was 1 on 1 hoops. I am happy we are doing more events like this. It’s a nice change and brings the Titan community together.” 

Tara Miyo, a senior English and felony justice main, stated she wished to attend extra campus occasions throughout her closing semester at Detroit Mercy.  

“I wanted to experience a few more fun campus events in my last semester before graduating and I figured it would be fun to stop by and play some games during dead hour. The event was interesting and very exciting. It had a pretty great turn out,” she stated.  

She added that skee ball was her favourite.  

“It is very nostalgic to me, and I love that playing it makes me feel like a kid again,” Miyo stated. 

The Campus Activity Board, whose motto is “we do the fun stuff,” plans hands-on programming all through the semester. According to Hisner, the group hosts a month-to-month artist workshop that includes members of the Detroit group, together with a Maker’s Series targeted on crafts equivalent to collage, watercolor, origami, Japanese flower arranging and a lot extra.
