Flagpole Photographers Camera Club will welcome March with an interesting collection of applications and occasions designed to encourage, problem, and join photographers of all expertise ranges.
On Thursday, March 12, at 7:30 pm, membership member Sandy Schill, MNEC, will current “Portraits Noir,” a hands-on program exploring low-key lighting and dramatic portraiture.
