Getty Acquires Landmark ‘Cuzco’ Images by Irving Penn

The J. Paul Getty Museum has acquired a significant set of images from Irving Penn’s Cuzco collection, a physique of labor that marked a turning level within the photographer’s profession.

Penn created the Cuzco collection throughout a visit to Peru in December 1948.
