Struckos again on medal podium; Wilson fourth – Hazleton Standard Speaker

The Marian Catholic junior and her previous brother, a senior on the Hometown faculty, accomplished their spectacular weekend on the PIAA Class AA Swimming Championships with a second and third-place end, respectively, within the women and boys’ 100-yard backstroke on Saturday evening.

Lydia, the District 11 champion and No. 2 seed getting into the competitors, touched the wall in 55.26 seconds, a tad sooner than her preliminary time of 55.89.
