State Department points journey alert, warns Americans to be cautious

WASHINGTON (TNND) — The State Department over the weekend issued a journey advisory for Americans, particularly for these touring to the Middle East amid the continuing battle in Iran.

“Worldwide Caution: The Department of State advises Americans worldwide, and especially in the Middle East, to exercise increased caution,” the U.S. Department of State Consular Affairs wrote on X Sunday.

The division warned that there could possibly be disruptions in journey.

“Periodic airspace closures may cause travel disruptions,” the publish continued. “U.S. diplomatic facilities, including outside the Middle East, have been targeted.”

They warned that teams that help Iran could goal U.S. pursuits abroad or places related to the U.S.
