Head Coach for the Men’s & Women’s Swimming & Diving Teams

Principal Responsibilities

Develop, manage and implement applications for the swimming and diving groups, and regularly monitor the success of such coaching applications. Manage the price range for the swimming and diving groups. Prepare the seasonal schedule and coordinate journey for away meets. Update and preserve statistical group knowledge. Oversee the recruitment strategy of student-athletes. Develop and supervise the assistant teaching workers. Communicate with the campus group relating to group accomplishments, pool hours, and so forth. Monitor and preserve the protection of the pool space and formulate long run plans for enhancements.
