Spartans Journey to Mercyhurst for Three-Recreation Weekend Collection

ERIE, Pa. — The Norfolk State baseball crew seems to be to increase its four-game successful streak this weekend, touring to Mercyhurst for a three-game sequence starting Friday at 3 p.m.

ABOUT THE SPARTANS
Norfolk State enters the weekend at 8-15 total and 5-4 in NEC play after defeating VCU 5-3 on Tuesday. The Spartans carry momentum from a three-game sweep of Delaware State final weekend (16-6, 4-3, 11-5).
 
Thomas Ealey leads the crew with a .393 batting common, totaling 33 hits, 10 stolen bases, 9 RBIs, and two triples whereas driving an 11-game hitting streak. Justin Journette follows with a .349 common, including 28 hits, 26 RBIs, 10 dwelling runs, and 5 doubles. Cameron Mazell ranks third with a .316 common and 25 hits.
