There are a number of enjoyable (and reasonably priced) choices for kids within the Tennessee Valley to have an adventurous summer time.

Three totally different weekly summer time camp packages for rising 1st by Twelfth graders.

$300 for Zoo members / $350 for non-members, excluding June 15-June 18, when it’s $240 for Zoo members and $280 for non-members. No camp on Juneteenth, so this week is obtainable at a diminished charge.

1. Rising 1st-Fifth Graders – Jr. Zookeepers of the World

   • “Be a Junior Zookeeper and experience face-to-face encounters with wildlife from around the globe! Camp includes lots of animal meet and greets, fun and educational activities with Zoo staff, creative games and crafts and new best friends to explore the Zoo with.”

2. Rising Sixth-Twelfth Graders – Animal Care 101

   • “Middle and high schoolers get even greater opportunities to interact with animals and zookeepers! Explore husbandry, feeding, training, enrichment and other fascinating experiences alongside animal care staff.”

3. Rising Sixth-Twelfth Graders – Conservation Action 101

   • “Explore the beauty of global ecosystems and wildlife while learning about the importance of environmental stewardship. Campers will grow in their knowledge and appreciation of conservation, get involved locally in creek clean ups and other projects and enjoy unforgettable experiences with animals at the Zoo.”

Creative Discovery Museum

Three totally different weekly camps for various age teams.

1. Ages 4-5 (Pre-Ok)

2. Rising 1st by Fifth Grade (School Age)

3. Rising 1st by eighth Grade (Friends’ Discovery)

Girls Preparatory School

Including a number of athletic, artwork & music camps. 

Baylor School 

Single-day, week-long, and overnight classes supplied.

Reflection Riding 

Weekly summer time camps run from June 1 to July 31 between 9:00am-3:00pm. $300 for members, $325 for non-members. Here are the themes this yr:
