Swimming & Diving Quartet Earns CSC Academic All-District Honors

STONY BROOK, N.Y. – Michelle Vu, Alanna DePinto, Sara Baxter, and Brenna Mowrey of Stony Brook’s swimming and diving workforce have been named to the 2025–26 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, as introduced by the group on Tuesday afternoon.

The quartet earned CSC Academic All-District honors by reaching at the very least a 3.5 cumulative GPA whereas competing in a minimal of 5 meets in the course of the athletic season.

All chosen student-athletes are additionally eligible for consideration for the CSC Women’s Swimming & Diving Academic All-America Team, which can be launched on Tuesday, April 28.

The 2025–26 Academic All-District® Women’s Swimming & Diving Teams are chosen by College Sports Communicators, recognizing the nation’s high student-athletes for his or her mixed performances within the pool and within the classroom.
