“Our mission is to completely change the activewear industry – to eradicate virgin plastics from activewear without compromising performance,” she stated.

“The overall mission is that I want people to feel excited and optimistic about the future we’re creating.”

Campbell lives within the japanese suburbs of Sydney and swims within the ocean at Bondi Beach daily.

“There are 2.2 million tonnes of waste created by the activewear industry,” she stated.

“Some of our recycled materials [used at Earthletica] come from recycled fishing nets that have been recovered from the ocean.

“Especially when I’m swimming in the ocean – it’s so clear and beautiful and cold this time of year – I just want that to be there in the future and want to try to help create that.”
