📌 Position Summary

We are in search of a devoted and skilled Baseball Coach to assist our summer time center college + HS age showcase groups . The Baseball Coach will help with participant improvement, follow planning, recreation preparation, in-game technique, and crew management. This function is important in selling sturdy fundamentals, aggressive efficiency, sportsmanship, and a constructive crew tradition.

⚾ Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and main practices, exercises, and pre-game preparation.
• Provide instruction in baseball fundamentals, together with hitting, fielding, throwing, base operating, and situational play.
• Support game-day teaching tasks, together with lineup preparation, substitutions, and in-game technique.
• Promote participant improvement, accountability, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Communicate successfully with gamers, teaching employees, entrance workplace employees, and crew management.
• Assist with subject setup, tools group, and sustaining a protected follow and recreation setting.
• Represent the group professionally at practices, video games, neighborhood occasions, and crew actions.

🎓 Qualifications

• Previous teaching expertise. 
• Knowledge of baseball fundamentals, participant improvement, and recreation technique.
