Lottery
Section 284:21-a
284:21-a State Lottery and Gaming Commission.
There shall be and hereby is created a state lottery and gaming fee consisting of three members who shall be appointed and could also be eliminated for trigger by the governor with the recommendation and consent of the council. One member shall be appointed for one 12 months, one for two years and one for 3 years, and upon the expiration of their phrases of workplace their successors shall be appointed for a time period of three years. Any emptiness shall be crammed by appointment for the unexpired time period. No member of the fee shall have any pecuniary or different curiosity in any provider or agent to the fee or in any licensee licensed underneath the provisions of this chapter. The fee shall be correctly addressed because the “New Hampshire lottery and gaming commission” however all statutory and regulatory references to “lottery commission” shall stay legitimate and shall be used synonymously.
