As I replicate on a tremendous and enjoyable profession working with the very best of the very best all around the U.S., I discover myself pivoting to a brand new chapter of passion-oriented work centered on teaching and mentoring aspiring enterprise leaders. I’m honored and grateful to announce that I’ve been chosen to be the University of Findlay’s 2026 Dana Chair as their Executive-in-Residence. This annual program was launched in 1995 by means of an endowment from the Dana Corporation. Each 12 months, 10 high-achieving college students are chosen to be Dana Scholars for his or her educational efficiency and management potential. As the Chair, I’ll lead a devoted weekly Business in Action course that can embrace visiting enterprise leaders, on-site visits to native corporations, and hands-on publicity to how enterprise works in apply.  I sit up for significant deep dive discussions on real-world enterprise points.
