Ocean City Arts Center presents ‘Through the Frame: Photography by Diane George’

The Gallery on the Ocean City Arts Center is happy to current  “Through the Frame: Photography by Diane George,” an exhibition that includes the work of Diane George.  The exhibition will likely be on view from Oct. 2 by way of Oct. 28, with the general public invited to a Meet the Artist Reception on Friday, Oct. 9, from 7 p.m. to eight:30 p.m. Admission to the exhibition and reception is free. Location is 1735 Simpson Ave., 2nd Floor.

Diane George is a designer and educator whose ardour for wildlife  impressed her to choose up a digital camera. Trained as an architect and metropolis planner and later as an elementary college educator and zoo docent, Diane developed a ardour for documenting the pure world by way of pictures. Her work has been proven in galleries and exhibitions  nationally and internationally.  

George says, “My ardour for wildlife and the pure world led me to pictures,  permitting me to inform the tales and advocate for his or her survival in an  ever-changing and quickly growing world. I try to seize the   second of connection between the topic and its setting.  Nature is at all times in movement and my aim is to protect these moments, permitting them to resonate with the viewer. “ 

The Ocean City Arts Center is positioned on the second ground of the Ocean City Community Center, 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, NJ. Gallery hours are Monday by way of Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to three:00 p.m. The Arts Center is closed on Sundays.
