In this position, you will be tasked with providing support to residents, visitors, and vendors within the community.

Position Overview

• Welcome residents and offer general support to visitors, potential residents, and families.
• Handle incoming phone calls.
• You may be requested to help ensure the safety of residents and property by supervising surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigating any suspicious activities.
• Document reports for items such as work orders, incidents, and issues.
• You will accept deliveries of packages, plants, prescription medications, etc., and distribute or store as needed.
• Keep a log for signing in/out community keys and gate passes.
• You will assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure that concerns from residents/family/employees receive prompt attention and follow-up, aiming to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Preferred: three (3) months of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English is essential.
• Strong computer skills are necessary. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word is mandatory.
• You are caring, professional, amicable, engaging, empathetic, and supportive.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently is required.
• Possess the capacity to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards residents and colleagues.
