Men’s Golf Tied for Sixth Place Heading into Remaining Day at Argent Financial Classic

CHOUDRANT, La. – The WKU males’s golf group continued play on the Argent Financial Classic in Choudrant, Louisiana on Monday, posting a 5-under rating of 283 for the spherical. The Hilltoppers are tied for sixth place on the leaderboard with an general rating of 7-under (569) heading into the ultimate spherical on Tuesday.
 
NOTABLES

• The Hilltoppers topped their 286 rating for the primary spherical with a 283 on Tuesday. With an general 7-under rating, WKU sits simply two strokes again from fourth place and three strokes again from second.

We’ve got a great opportunity to make another push up the leaderboard with it being tightly packed. I think these guys can continue to play within themselves, post a good round tomorrow and I think we’ll like where we’re at!”
