The non permanent restrictions start May 1 and final till 12:01 a.m. on June 15 or till BLM workers determines that trails are sufficiently dry to permit off-highway automobiles use that won’t harm trails. This is being applied in step with the Eastern Interior White Mountains Record of Decision and authorized Resource Management Plan and White Mountains National Recreation Area Travel Management Area Travel Management Plan.
