Klager Cookout and Color Run Enjoyable

On Wednesday, June 3, the kids of Luther C. Klager Elementary School have been handled to a double dose of enjoyable.  At lunch time, tables and picnic blankets have been arrange outdoors for the kids to get pleasure from a cookout.  School Board member Brandon Woods was available to roast scorching canine for the kids whereas the meals service and administrative group served the kids.  The youngsters have been delighted as they chose their favourite picnic meals, then joined their pals for his or her grade stage picnics underneath the shade tree.

In the afternoon, a coloration run occasion was arrange on the playground.  Families have been available to cheer the kids as they ran.  Each grade stage was given a white t-shirt and allowed a flip to run across the playground loop to music as their shirts have been squirted with coloured chalk by college and employees.  Children have been tickled by the enjoyable colours they ran via and thrilled with the popsicles they obtained on the finish of their run on such a scorching day. At the tip of the occasion, the kids acknowledged the retirement of their beloved gymnasium trainer, “Mr. B”, aka, Bryan Barnard.

An amazing thanks is prolonged to all who pitched in to make the day successful.  Families helped to pay for the shirts.  School workers volunteered their time above and past the varsity day to arrange for the occasion.  Thank you to everybody for making a memorable day for the kids!
