Weeknight market coming to Downtown Peoria

“Market After Hours” will kick off on June 18 and proceed by means of July 30. The weekly occasion will happen on the newly remodeled Bicentennial Park exterior of the Peoria County Courthouse every Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. – with numerous distributors, meals choices and stay music.

 “Market After Hours is about making downtown feel alive on a weeknight,” stated Abby Kaufman, Greater Peoria Leaders Investor and Community Relations. “We want people to step outside of the office and be reminded why Greater Peoria is a great place to be.”

The seven-week occasion is being established by Choose Greater Peoria, which partnered with the Peoria Riverfront Association, the City of Peoria and Peoria County. The idea was impressed by the success seen in the course of the Peoria Riverfront Market, a press launch famous.
