In response to forecasted extreme warmth, Monroe County Executive Adam Bello introduced prolonged working hours at Ontario Beach Park to supply residents with further alternatives to remain cool and protected.

On Tuesday, June 30, Wednesday, July 1, and Thursday, July 2, the next amenities can have prolonged hours:

  • Ontario Beach Park swimming – 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.*
  • Spray park at Ontario Beach Park – 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

*Swimming at Ontario Beach Park shall be decided on a day-by-day foundation in session with the Monroe County Department of Public Health and water high quality testing.
