POSITION SUMMARY

Our Resident Lifestyle Assistant (Activity Assistant) helps the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating numerous day by day life enrichment actions for our lively residents, aimed to advertise their bodily, psychological, emotional, and social well-being.

***This place is for Full-time Tuesday- Saturday***

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage residents one-on-one and in small and enormous group settings.
• Lead or help with group and one-on-one social, non secular, academic, indoor, and out of doors actions, train, and outings.
• Facilitate video games, conversations, train lessons, artwork and music, journeys, and particular occasions.
• Support the coordination of the month-to-month publication.
• Encourage resident participation in actions and doc outcomes when required.
• Review objectives and progress notes.
• Assist in adorning for particular occasions, holidays, and seasonal celebrations.
• Support the coordination of exterior journeys, together with reservations, and guarantee resident security throughout outings.
• Assist the Resident Lifestyle Director as obligatory.
