Pontianak at Marina Barrage? Netizens amused by ‘sighting’ throughout Hungry Ghost Festival, Life-style Information

Hungry Ghost Festival has simply begun, and there is already a ‘spooky’ sighting in Singapore — although this one appears to have left netizens extra amused than terrified. 

In a TikTok video posted by person Jovan on Saturday (Aug 15), a kite resembling a pontianak might be seen hovering within the skies above Marina Barrage.

Sporting lengthy, messy black hair, a white costume and glowing crimson eyes, the kite bore an eerie resemblance to the favored legendary spirit.
