On August 18, the School of Dentistry welcomed the kids of our employees, college, and college students for a fun-filled Take Your Kid to Work Day!

To begin the morning, every baby acquired a “dental school passport” to take alongside as they explored the constructing with their household.

Event organizer Dr. Makini King, Assistant Dean of Engagement and Wellbeing, mirrored on the day. “I just started three years ago, so I wasn’t around when it was an annual event in the past,” she shared. “People said that it was a good time, so it was exciting to see that in real life. The kids all seemed to have a blast, and the faculty, staff and student volunteers, planning committee, and participants all helped make the day great.”
