Assistant Swimming Coach

Job Summary

The University of Utah is searching for an Assistant Swimming Coach for
its males’s and ladies’s swimming program. This place will help
with teaching, recruiting, student-athlete improvement, and program
operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead swim exercises.
• Provide technical instruction and coach at competitions.
• Evaluate swimmer efficiency and supply suggestions.
• Recruit certified potential student-athletes.
• Support student-athlete well-being, tutorial success, and
  private improvement.
• Assist with group journey, gear, meet operations, and
  administrative duties.
• Follow all University, convention, and NCAA guidelines.
• Perform different duties assigned by the Head Coach.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s diploma or equal training and expertise.
• Several years of aggressive swimming teaching expertise.
• Strong information of swimming method, coaching, and
  competitors preparation.
• Effective communication, group, and teamwork
  abilities.

Preferences

• Master’s diploma.
• Experience teaching elite-level swimmers.
• Collegiate recruiting expertise.
