Seasonal Lifeguard Coverage is Reduced as Labor Day Weekend Approaches

(HARTFORD, CT)— As the summer time season wraps up, the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) reminds residents and guests to observe water security tips in and across the water, particularly as lifeguard protection at State Park swimming areas might be lowered over the Labor Day weekend.
